Each day flows into the next — a foundation day Saturday, the official kickoff Sunday, carrier intensives midweek, and four back-to-back carrier deep dives on Thursday.
Afternoon recurring classes 1–7 PM for agents who can arrive early — AI Tools Basics with Brandon Andre and Social Media / Become an Influencer with the Indigo Concepts Marketing Team (each running 1–3 PM and again 3–5 PM), followed by Five Star Agent with Ania Chrostowska from 5–7 PM. No formal kickoff today — the official opening is reserved for Sunday morning when the full team is in the room.
Hosted breakfast and an optional CheckRx class with Augustus Holm, then our CEO Pat Salas opens the summit at 8:30 AM with the official kickoff, followed by "AEP 2027: Brace for Impact" and "5-Star Agents — The Survivors." Lunch with on-site headshots. Afternoon brings Brandon Andre's "Future of Sales with AI" and Pat's closing "Turn Fear into Power — They Panicked, You Thrived." The day wraps 5–8 PM with the Welcome Dinner & CARE Talks Awards over Mexican food.
Plan 1 owns the day. Hosted breakfast, a 2027 Final Ruling compliance briefing, sponsor intro at 8:30 AM, then a Plan 1 deep dive and regional breakout sessions through the morning. Hosted lunch with Plan 1. Afternoon shifts to a team-building and community service block at the park and side-of-building space. Tradeshow floor runs 4–7 PM with every plan partner walking the AEP with us.
Half-sponsor day. Plan 2 hosts breakfast and runs the morning — health plan presentation, benefit deep dive, and team-building through noon. Plan 3 hosts lunch, then runs the afternoon presentations, deep dive, and team-building. The day extends into the evening with a Blue Shield Deep Dive with CRM from 5–7:30 PM (dinner served). Optional 7:40 AM CheckRx class with Augustus Holm before breakfast.
Same structure as Tuesday, with Plans 4 and 5. Plan 4 hosts breakfast plus the morning health plan presentation, deep dive, and team-building. Plan 5 hosts lunch and runs the afternoon deep dive and team-building. Afternoon also includes regional IPA presentations and a video creation breakout. Optional 7:40 AM Compliance Dos and Don'ts session before breakfast.
Hosted breakfast 7:30–8:30 AM, then four 50-minute carrier deep dives back-to-back through the morning (8:40, 9:40, 10:40, and 11:40 AM). Running parallel: an AI Class in the Main Hall and a Social Media Class in the Boardroom for agents who want a deeper skill block instead of a carrier track. Closing remarks wrap the week at 12:30 PM.
