Office FAQ.

Common questions about visiting us and enrolling in Medicare.

Medicare Advantage (Part C) is another way to get your Medicare Part A and Part B coverage. Plans are offered by Medicare-approved private companies and often bundle Part A, Part B, and sometimes Part D — with added benefits like dental, vision, and hearing.
You're generally eligible at age 65 if you're a U.S. citizen or permanent resident who has lived here for at least 5 consecutive years. People under 65 with certain disabilities, end-stage renal disease (ESRD), or ALS may also qualify. Our agents can walk you through your specific situation.
Your Initial Enrollment Period (IEP) is a 7-month window around your 65th birthday. Annual Enrollment runs October 15 – December 7 each year. Enrolling outside these windows without a qualifying Special Enrollment Period can result in late penalties — so it's important to get guidance early.
Call us right away. In most cases your agent will guide you to a comparable new plan, or help you stay on your current plan if that's still possible. Don't wait — act as soon as you receive that notice.
No appointment needed — walk in any time during business hours. If you'd prefer a scheduled one-on-one with a specific agent, give us a call at 1-888-816-9881 and we'll set it up.
