Vitamin D likely to reduce complications among patients
According to a research from Trinity College Dublin, the University of Liverpool and the Irish Longitudinal Study on Ageing (TILDA), cities with low levels of Vitamin D have a higher infection and mortality rate.
“The correlation between low vitamin D levels and death from Covid-19 is “statistically significant”, said the authors of the report, who also urged the Irish government to change recommendations for supplements.”
