An Office Support is the full performance of diverse clerical duties which supports agency operations in the environment of our brokerage insurance agency
IMMEDIATE HIRE for Office Support for our Santa Ana, CA Office.
The Office Support will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Lead management; work assigned (company generated) leads in a timely manner directed by management.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, and mailing, filing, and answering telephones.
• Complete the necessary calls to achieve/exceed your monthly sales target (as instructed by management).
• Communicate with field sales representatives to provide pertinent information.
• Must be able to set appointments for pre-existing clients and new prospects for health care insurance.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
• Collects application or forms from agents ensuring it is complete.
• Find community events to promote and outreach.
• Search and book conference/meeting rooms
• 1+ years’ experience supporting an office/or experience with fast-paced data entry
• Must have computer proficiency
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
